PRESS RELEASE - Ripon Police Swear in New Officer

On Wednesday, March 11, 2020, Taylor Hosmer was sworn in as our newest Police Officer. He began his law enforcement career in 2016 as a Deputy with the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department. We believe his previous law enforcement experience will be an asset to our department. He will immediately begin our Field Training Program. The addition of Taylor leaves the department with two vacant officer positions.
